As bilingual coaches, in English and Portuguese, who also offer the convenience of online sessions, we can work with you wherever you are in the world.

I’m Ana, co-founder of ICE Coaching, and I bring over 20 years of international corporate experience in coaching, training, management and recruitment. As a results-driven coach, I have successfully partnered with leading institutions worldwide, including in the United Kingdom, Portugal, Mozambique, Angola, East Timor, and Vietnam.

During my early career in senior roles within multinational corporations in financial services and recruitment, I gained invaluable insights into managing diverse teams, building talent pipelines, and navigating complex business landscapes. This experience has shaped my deep understanding of diverse cultures and client needs, which I now bring into every coaching engagement.

My educational and professional credentials include a coaching certification by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, The BluePrint Toolset Accreditation, Belbin Team Role Accredited Associate, and a Joint Honours Degree in Business and Economics from The University of Edinburgh. These qualifications also allow me to deliver exceptional value to clients, grounded in proven methodologies and best practices.

FILIPA SÁ CARNEIRO

I’m Filipa, co-founder of ICE Coaching, driven by a mission to make impactful, high-quality coaching accessible to individuals, teams, and organisations. With an MA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Edinburgh and executive leadership training from London Business School, IMD, and Universidade Nova de Lisboa, I bring a blend of academic rigour and real-world experience to every coaching relationship.

Over the past two decades, I have held senior leadership roles in top-tier companies, leading diverse teams and consistently delivering strong business results. Along the way, I have trained more than 1,000 professionals, fuelled by a passion for helping people grow, learn, and unlock their full potential.

Supporting others in their development has always been a driving force for me—whether identifying emerging talent, mentoring, planning successions, or championing promotions and salary progress. Watching people rise, flourish, and step into their next chapter has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my career.

As a coach with ICF certified training, I combine professional expertise, coaching training, and a people-first mindset to create meaningful, effective coaching experiences that deliver tangible change.
